What is Commercial Law?

Commercial law was referred to ‘trade law’ that applies to the rights, relations, and conduct of persons and businesses engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade, and sales. It is often considered to be a branch of civil law and deals with issues of both private law and public law.

We do meet face to face to discuss complex issues and sign documents but we are always eliminating the unnecessary face to face to your comfort level. Thirdly, we are always looking for settlement options on your matter versus heading to a courtroom as your day in court is a costly one. Fourthly, our legal advice is forward-looking, creative and tailored to your business.
